Information entered into the tools
The Free Quick Deal Check, downloaded Property Analyzer, and property-brief preparation tool process the values you enter in your browser or downloaded local file. The K&H website does not send those property fields to K&H or save them to a K&H customer database.
A downloaded PDF, property brief, Analyzer file, or saved report is stored on your device. Its privacy depends on where you keep it and whom you choose to share it with.
Keep identifying details out of the tools
Use a city/state, ZIP, or broad region rather than a street address when a precise address is unnecessary. Do not enter government IDs, bank credentials, payment-card details, or confidential account information into the planning tools.
Purchases and external providers
The Property Analyzer purchase link opens Etsy, which processes account, contact, payment, tax, and digital-delivery information under Etsy’s own privacy practices. K&H does not ask customers to enter payment information into the property-analysis fields.
Hosting and access
The hosting platform may process routine technical information needed to serve and secure the site, such as network requests, IP addresses, cookies, and security logs. That platform processing is separate from the property values entered into session-based tools.
Analytics and external links
No K&H advertising trackers or marketing analytics are installed on this website. Linked external sites apply their own privacy practices. Future affiliate links will be disclosed.
